Everyone who came here since Day 1 was so awesome, professional, courteous, understanding, and super hardworking, especially during the summer heat! The project rarely had any issues, and if there were any minor ones, they were addressed right away. And Raul...can't say enough about him. He was fantastic and the absolute best! As busy as he was with us and your company's other projects, he was super knowledgeable, always attentive, understanding, accommodating, and extremely responsive. Juan was great too, along with the rest of the TLC team. You all made the renovation look like it was part of the original home build, and it goes without saying that we are extremely satisfied with how everything turned out.

I consider LoftCrafters to be best in class in their field. They delivered exactly what was stipulated in their contract in the agreed upon timeframe of 3 weeks. Co-owner, Ben, was very professional, easy to work with during the initial planning stages and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. During construction, Sebastian, who I consider a superstar, was assigned as our project supervisor. Every phase of construction was clearly communicated and there was continued open dialogue to ensure that the construction goes as planned. The construction crew arrived on time daily and cleaned up before they left for the day. Whenever there was an issue or concern, Sebastian was prompt to ensure that it was satisfactorily addressed. As a long-time banker having seen thousands of companies, LoftCrafters is a well-managed company based on what I have experienced with my communications with the owner, office staff and project construction team. All the employees were polite, cheerful, and professional. This speaks highly of their management, screening and training of their staff, as excellent employee morale is key to a successful business. LoftCrafters has excelled in every aspect.

As you know, it can be a large undertaking to have construction at your home while you are still living there. The initial crew took the necessary time to reduce any collateral damage throughout the house by placing dust barriers and the necessary materials to protect our walls, floors, and staircase. The LoftCrafters are the most amazing contractors I have ever had! Most contractors take well over the time that they anticipate, and The LoftCrafters finished ahead of schedule! Not only do they do such an incredible job, but they also cleaned up so well every day! The loft and beautiful new ceiling that were made are jaw-dropping and look like they came as part of the home. I have been in and around the construction industry all of my life, so I know that jobs that don't go well are almost always due to poor communication and/or lack of follow-through. The whole process was seamless and very well-orchestrated. All the workers seemed very motivated and responsible.
