We embarked on a major remodel of our home with many contractors involved, and The LoftCrafters are by far the best contractor we have ever worked with. Every single employee was on time, worked hard all day, and left the house clean. The work was fantastic (even minor details that we noticed were fixed before we could point them out). The LoftCrafters have set the bar high!

We cannot tell you how impressed we were with TLC. On day one, the crew all jumped into action and knew exactly what their jobs were, and they all worked as a team to assist each other. At the end of each day, we were kept up-to-date on what to expect next, and the job site was always kept clean. You cannot see where the old ceiling and stair rail was and where the new one starts and it’s very natural as though it was always there! We could not have asked for better workmanship and quality. Everyone on the job was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and professional.

The customer service was excellent. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. We were impressed that appointments were all kept as promised.
