I consider LoftCrafters to be best in class in their field. They delivered exactly what was stipulated in their contract in the agreed upon timeframe of 3 weeks. Co-owner, Ben, was very professional, easy to work with during the initial planning stages and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. During construction, Sebastian, who I consider a superstar, was assigned as our project supervisor. Every phase of construction was clearly communicated and there was continued open dialogue to ensure that the construction goes as planned. The construction crew arrived on time daily and cleaned up before they left for the day. Whenever there was an issue or concern, Sebastian was prompt to ensure that it was satisfactorily addressed. As a long-time banker having seen thousands of companies, LoftCrafters is a well-managed company based on what I have experienced with my communications with the owner, office staff and project construction team. All the employees were polite, cheerful, and professional. This speaks highly of their management, screening and training of their staff, as excellent employee morale is key to a successful business. LoftCrafters has excelled in every aspect.

All crews were very professional. Each crew went seemingly beyond their assignments. Great people! Work was done on time and the quality of work was superb. Ben Loewen was very helpful in finding the sub-contractors to complete the work outside of the TLC work scope. All work was well coordinated by all parties.

We greatly appreciated the attention to detail, timeliness, nightly updates, daily cleanups, and friendliness of the crews. They always addressed our questions and were very accommodating. We have never experienced contractors like The LoftCrafters. They were very diligent with their work and concerned about how well the project was progressing.

The LoftCrafters provided quality and thorough work in a timely manner. There was minimal disruption to our living situation during construction. Great job and well done!
