Are your lofts top quality?

Of course! For materials and labor, TLC uses only the best. Our floor systems are designed using "engineered" lumber. Unlike traditional lumber, "engineered" material does not warp, twist, or crack. It's also stronger, so your loft can be designed without posts or columns. While the material cost is slightly higher, we've found that it's well worth it. Our "sub-floors" are composed of "tongue and groove" plywood that is glued and screwed to the structural members. This means NO SQUEAKS!

Our seasoned employees are true room addition experts. And owner/managers are onsite everyday with employees to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
