Are you competitively priced?

Absolutely. As OC's preferred loft builder, we only do one type of project. This means we can deliver a premium product at a very competitive price, and in only 3 weeks! It is important to note that our proposals are quite complete. Many items in our bids are NOT included by other contractors. This means that we have far fewer change orders and "extras." If you do have a bid from another contractor, we are happy to review it.
