How much does a loft cost?

Our Basic Loft Package is typically between $10,000 and $16,000, depending on the size and layout of the loft. This price includes design, plans, engineering, permits, framing, electrical and recessed lighting, cable and phone connections, heating/AC ducts, drywall, ponywall (if necessary) and baseboard in the new area. Items such as windows, handrail, etc. are additional. Please refer to your bid for complete details.
