How much does a loft cost?

Our Basic Loft Package is typically between $10,000 and $16,000, depending on the size and layout of the loft. This price includes design, plans, engineering, permits, framing, electrical and recessed lighting, cable connection, heating/AC ducts, drywall, and baseboard in the new area.
