The LoftCrafters, Inc. provides a written warranty for all work performed. Our floor systems are warrantied FOR LIFE against structural defects AND floor squeaks! All electrical work is ALSO guaranteed for life. Lastly, all other work is warrantied against observable or hidden defects for 10 years. This comprehensive warranty program far exceeds what is required by California law.
